Mr. Md Aatif Iqbal has completed his B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Chanakya National Law University, Patna in 2021. He has completed his LL.M. specialising in Criminal Law from Chanakya National Law University, Patna in 2022. He has also qualified UGC NET (merged cycle) in 2022.
He has done internship in Tatva legal law firm, Delhi High court, Patna High Court and Malda Consumer Society. He has presented papers in law seminars and published various research paper in law journals. He has keen interest in knowing the practicalities of court proceedings.
His areas of interest include Criminal law, Constitutional law, Transfer of property, Contracts Law.
