Ms. Dichen Bhutia

Ms. Dichen Bhutia is currently working as an Assistant Professor of law in Indian Institute of Legal studies. She has done her B. A LLB (HONS) from North Bengal university (Department of Law). To add to her credit, she has qualified CLAT 2021 for pursuing her Post Graduation) LL. M from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) with the specialization in Criminal and Security Law.  She has Qualified her UGC-NET(Law) in the year 2022.

Her LL. M dissertation topic was on “Critical analysis of Marital Rape inIndia: The need for its Criminalization.”

Her area of interest includes Criminal Law, Constitutional law, LabourLaw, and Land law.
