Ms. Tripti Yonzon

Ms. Tripti Yonzon had completed BA.LLB and LL.M from Jalpaiguri Law College which is affiliated under the University of North Bengal with a First Class Degree in the year 2020 & 2022 respectively. She had successfully completed her Dissertation on the topic "A Study of the Relationship between Buddhism and Law from Jurisprudential Perspective" under the supervision of Prof. (Dr). Gangotri Chakraborty and Associate Prof. Dr. Abhijit Bhattacharjee.

 Besides holding a degree, she had participated in various National Conclaves, Seminars, Symposiums, Moot Court Competitions. She had published a paper in the UGC Care listed journal "The Indian Journal of Law and Justice". Apart from that, she had achieved a good experience in the sphere of research and field work in relation to the topic "Implementation of New Education Policy, 2020 and Combating Child Trafficking in the region of North Bengal" under the affiliation of University of North Bengal.

She is associated with the locally based and self-funded Non-governmental Organization named Sarathi-The Legal Aid Society that particularly provides the legal aid and assistance in the rural and urban areas.

Her areas of interestare Jurisprudence, Legal Theories, Constitutional and Administrative Law,Secular Law, Intellectual Property Law, Comparative Public Law and system of Governance and other substantial laws.
