Ms. Usha Saha

Ms. Usha Saha is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Indian Institute of Legal Studies. She graduated from North Bengal University, Department of Law in 2021 with B.A.LL.B (Hons) degree. She completed her LL.M. from the GITAM School of Law, (Deemed to be University) in 2022. Her dissertation topic for LL.M was "Intellectual Property Rights in the digital era with respect to cyberspace & Security".

She has published articles in UGC-CARE Listed, SCOPUS-Indexed and other reputed journals.
