Big Events of 2017 in Indian Institute of Legal Studies
INDO NEPAL DISCOURSE ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Through a joint initiative of Sashastra Seema Bal and Indian Institute of Legal Studies An Indo-Nepal Discourse on Human Trafficking was organized on 26th November 2017. The Chief Guest of program was Hon’ble Justice (Dr.) Manjulla Chellur, Hon’ble Chief Justice, Bombay High Court & Former Hon’ble Chief Justice, Calcutta High Court and Special Guest of Honour Shri Ek Narayan Aryal, Counsel General, Nepal. In this program the NGO’s working on the issues relating to Human Trafficking in Indo-Nepal were felicitated for their endeavor.
CONFERMENT OF PROFESSOR EMERITUS IN LAW
Indian Institute of Legal Studies takes great honor to confer the title Professor Emeritus in Law to Hon’ble Justice (Dr.) Manjula Chellur, Hon’ble Chief Justice, Bombay High Court and Former Hon’ble Chief Justice, Calcutta High Court on 25th November, 2017.
TEACHERS DAY 2017
Indian Institute of Legal Studies hosted a program on Teachers Day i.e. 5th September to honor and felicitate the eminent teachers of different organization and institution to acknowledge and honor their immense contribution to the society and thus celebrated teachers’ day in the befitting manner.
