INTRA - MOOT COURT COMPETITION

On 23 rd April 2018 at Indian Institute of Legal Studies organized the Intra-Moot Competition on Constitutional Issues regarding Crime by Juveniles and was successfully completed. Both the Parties presented their arguments. The presiding Judge Mr. Souradeep Rakshit kept his decision pending and allowed the case to be listed on the next hearing.
