“Survival of the fittest<\/strong>” is a phrase that originated from Darwinian\u00a0evolutionary theory<\/a>\u00a0as a way of describing the mechanism of\u00a0natural selection<\/a>. This theory was propounded by Darwin many years ago, but the application and the validation of the theory is proved in every decade. With the ever changing world mechanism that may be physiological, environment, financial etc in every possible way, each and every human being has to be flexible enough to adapt and synchronize himself or herself to cope up with this dynamic phenomenon of the world. Fit in the above statement does not only symbolize physical fitness but it encompasses all the aspects of human behavior. In the dynamic world we have seen that the large majority of species live in societies, and that they find in association the best arms for the struggle for life: understood, of course, in its wide Darwinian sense \u2014 not as a struggle for the sheer means of existence, but as a struggle against all natural conditions unfavorable to the species. The animal species, in which individual struggle has been reduced to its narrowest limits, and the practice of mutual aid has attained the greatest development, are invariably the most numerous, the most prosperous, and the most open to further progress.<\/p>\n

In an organization, the hierarchy shows the ladder of success of every employee. If an employee is competent enough both physically and mentally to cope up and attain all the objectives assigned to him or her by the management then it is quite invariable that the employee will be reward either by reward or by award. The other employees those are incompetent to handle pressure and are not able to achieve the desired outcome expected out of them. Naturally those employees will not be able to find a place for into the company\u2019s hierarchical structure. Rigidity is a key obstacle that hinders the survival of the human being. If anyone is stoic or rigid in his ideologies or behavior, it will be very difficult for him or her to survive in this cut throat competitive world. If an employee is not flexible enough to mould him or her according to the work environment, then it will be very difficult for the person to survive in this intense competitive environment. Motivation is one of the major aspects that drive an individual to remain fit and survive in the organization. Motivation can be of many ways and forms. A person can be motivated to achieve the desired objective of the organization by the inner urge of attaining their personal goals. Personal goals may be the inner drive of achieving financial goals, achieving social goals, etc.<\/p>\n

To sum up the overall discussion, we can say that in this dynamic world the phrase \u201cSurvival of the fittest\u201d is very true and appropriate if anyone has to achieve personal goals in life and to withstand the frictional forces of this very competitive world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
