The District Legal Services Authority Alipurduar observed the Constitution Day. The programme was attended by Ms. Jyoti Das, Assistant Professor of Law, Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar and the students of first and second semesters. She also delivered a speech on the various aspects of constitution and constitutional mandate on the Judiciary and. The programme was attended by Ld. District and sessions Judge Alipurduar Shri Bibhuti Khesong who discussed about the the efforts of constituent assembly. Various legal luminaries also enlighted the sessions with their valuable insights.
