The Moot Court Society of the Indian Institute of Legal Studies successfully concluded the 3rd Intra Moot Court Competition, 2026.

It was a day of compelling arguments, sharp rebuttals, and insightful constitutional interpretation. The moot proposition revolved around the complex intersection of caste-based reservation and economic status, raising critical questions on substantive equality under Articles 15 & 16, the concept of “creamy layer,” and issues of non-disclosure under contract law.

A massive shoutout to the participants who took the podium and show cased their talents:

1. Semester II & IV ( 5yrs BA, BBA, BCOM LLB (Hons) ).
2. ?Semester II ( 3yrs LLB).

A truly enriching experience that strengthened our advocacy skills, legal research, and understanding of constitutional principles.
