Consumer Rights Protection Week Ceremonial Programme 2026 at City Centre Mall, Siliguri

The Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri had the privilege of attending the Ceremonial Programme organised by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of West Bengal, on the occasion of Consumer Rights Protection Week, held on 5th September 2026 at City Centre Mall, Matigara, Siliguri. 

The programme was attended by Dr. Trishna Gurung, Principal-in-Charge, and Ms. Sudiksha Ghatak, Assistant Professor of Law & Nodal Officer, Siliguri Consumer Club, along with enthusiastic participation from students of 3-Year LL.B. Semester I & III and 5-Year LL.B. Semester V, VII & IX. 

An enriching opportunity for our students to engage with the importance of consumer awareness, rights and protection, and to be a part of a meaningful initiative promoting responsible consumer citizenship.
