
Free Legal Aid & Awareness Program at Jayantika Tea Garden, Near Ghoshpukur

The Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri, has been continuously organizing Free Legal Aid & Awareness Programs in various regions of North Bengal. These initiatives are conducted in collaboration with schools, Gram Panchayats, Police Departments, NGOs, and other local bodies, aiming to educate the community about their legal rights and responsibilities. These sessions empower individuals with knowledge about contemporary legal issues and promote legal literacy.
A recent Legal Aid & Awareness Session was successfully conducted at Jayantika Tea Garden, Near Ghoshpukur in collaboration with District Legal Services Authority, Darjeeling, and local administrative bodies. The session was graced by the presence of several respected guests:
