The Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri, organized a Free Legal Aid & Awareness Program at Narayana School, Kalimpong, on 4th July 2025. As part of its commitment to spreading legal literacy, the Institute has been conducting awareness programs in various schools across North Bengal. The aim is to empower students with basic legal knowledge and inform them about their rights and responsibilities in the face of emerging socio-legal issues. The school’s administration and students were cooperative and engaged throughout the program.
