The Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri, has been actively conducting Free Legal Awareness Programs across various Schools, Gram Panchayats, NGOs, and other institutions throughout North Bengal. These programs aim to empower participants—students, teachers, and community members - by enhancing their understanding of legal rights and duties, fostering legal literacy, and creating awareness about contemporary socio-legal issues.
