Legal Awareness and Career Counselling Programme for Students

The Legal Aid Society, Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri conducted a Legal Awareness Programme on 5th October 2026 at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Academy, engaging with the students of Classes XI & XII.
The programme aimed to promote legal literacy, awareness of rights and duties, responsible citizenship, and a basic understanding of the Indian legal system among young students. The interactive sessions covered several contemporary and practically relevant legal issues.
