Raksha Bandhan Celebration at Matigara Police Station

Honouring, the true guardians of our society with thread, tradition, and profound respect. 

On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan, our law students guided by Ms. Lakpa Doma Rumba, Assistant Professor of Law and Dr. Anik Sarkar, Assistant Professor of English paid a special visit to Matigara Police Station, Siliguri. Together, they celebrated the true spirit of protection by tying Rakhis to Officer-in-Charge Shri Manojit Sarkar and the dedicated police personnel who work around the clock to safeguard our community. It was a meaningful afternoon spent bridging the gap between legal education and real-world law enforcement, while extending our deepest gratitude to the men and women in uniform.
