The Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Dagapur, Siliguri proudly inaugurated the 10th Youth Parliament, 2025 on 29th August, igniting two days of democratic dialogue and vibrant intellectual exchange. 

With over 140 participants from 30+ schools and the august presence of eminent dignitaries, including Mr. Avijeet Sinha, Assistant Editor, The Telegraph North Bengal & Sikkim as Guest of Honour, the opening day was a true celebration of ideas and youthful fervour.

The theme of Day 1, “Social Media Influencers: Trendsetters or Misinformers?”, sparked powerful deliberations on whether influencers inspire awareness and creativity - or blur the line between truth and misinformation.
