Felicitation Ceremony of Ms. Anaita Rakhshit

A felicitation program was organised by Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar on 14th March, 2024 for extending heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Anaita Rakhshit, Student of B.A.LLB.(H) (Semester IV) for her outstanding achievement in winning the "Speak for India" debate competition which was organised by Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation in collaboration with Anandabazar Patrika and The Telegraph.

In the program Hon'ble Founder and Chairman of Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar, Shri Joyjit Choudhury, Ld. Additional Advocate General, Govt. of West Bengal was present as the Chief Guest. The program was attended by a distinguished special guest of honor, Shri Bhibuti Khesong, Learned District and Sessions Judge, Alipurduar.

The program was inaugurated through the lighting of the lamp followed by Keynote speech delivered by Principal-in-Charge, Dr. Jayati Kharga. The program featured inauguration song, dances, speeches delivered by the Chief Guest and special guests of honour who acknowledged the achievement of Ms. Anaita, the young talented debater. These speeches further inspired and motivated the young debaters to strive for excellence.
