Dr. Bibhabasu Misra is currently serving as an Associate Professor of Law, at the Faculty of Law at ILS, siliguri. He has served as an Associate Professor at ICFAI University, Tripura.He has more than 15 years teaching experience. He has served as an Assistant Professor of Law at the prestigious Symbiosis Law School, Pune and other reputed institutions as teacher and other administrative capacities. He has published quality articles including Scopus and Web of Science indexed, in various acclaimed National and international peer reviewed journals. He has published several Book Chapters till now. His expertise lies in the Subjects of Buisness Law, Criminal law,Comparative Constitution, Jurisprudence, Property law, Environmental Law and Human Rights. His PhD thesis is on the topic " Women and Criminal Law: - A Feminist Discourse in India". from Assam University, Silchar. He possess LL.M. from University of Calcutta in Buisness law, a LL.B from VidyaSagar University, B.SC in Bio Science from University of Burdwan. He qualified UGC NET in 2015. Apart from academics, he has interest in Cricket, Chess and Bengali literature.He is an altruistic person.
