Dr. Birendra Bhujel is an Assistant Professor of Sociology. He completed his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Patna with a specialization in Ethnic Identity Studies. He also holds an M.Phil. in Sociology from Sikkim Central University, along with an M.A. and B.A. (Hons.) in Sociology from the University of North Bengal. His research interests include Linguistic Landscape (LL), Human Migration, and Sociology of Law. He has qualified UGC-NET and NE-SLET. He possesses over four years of teaching experience across schools, colleges, and higher-educational institutions. During his Ph.D., he was a TA for UG-level courses in the social sciences at IIT Patna. Dr. Bhujel has published several scholarly articles in national and international journals published by SAGE and Taylor & Francis, indexed in Scopus (Q1 and Q2). He has participated in various national and international seminars and conferences. Also, he contributed many articles to periodicals.
