Dr. Raj completed his Ph.D. in Law from the Department of Law and Governance, Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, India (2020–2025), with the research titled “Role of Scientific Aid in the Administration of Criminal Justice System: Case Study in Bihar”. He qualified the UGC NET-JRF (Law) examination in June 2022. He completed his LL.M. from the University Department of Law, Patna University, Patna (2018–2020), submitting a dissertation titled “Constitutional Aspects of Environment and Pollution: An Analytical Study with Special Reference to the Patna High Court Judgments”, and earned his LL.B. from Patna Law College, Patna University, Patna (2015–2018). He has published 13 research articles in reputed journals, including UGC CARE-listed journals, and has presented 12 research papers at national and international seminars and conferences. He has actively participated in various workshops, faculty development programmes, and research mentoring programmes organized by leading legal institutions in India and abroad and has also served as a judge in the Quarter Final Round of the National Moot Court Competition organized by the Department of Law & Governance, Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, in collaboration with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). His research interests include Criminal Law, Forensic Law, ADR, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, and Humanitarian Law.
