Mr. Ashim Eric Ghatany completed his schooling from St. Augustin's School and Dr. Grahams Homes Kalimpong.
He completed his B.A. LL.B (Hons) in 2020 and LL.M (Public Law) in 2022 from the Department of Law University of North Bengal. During his LL.M course he was part of several Research project including New Education Policy 2020 and Buddhist Studies in Law.
He joined Indian Institute of Legal Studies Siliguri as Assistant Professor of Law in 2024 and is also currently pursuing Ph.D in Law from Raiganj University.
