Sudiksha Ghatak is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri, since August 2025. She completed her LLM in Business Law from Amity University, Kolkata, in 2025, where she was the gold medalist. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the Department of Law, University of North Bengal (2019–2024), where she was the university topper. Her dissertation focused on *"Social Stock Exchange Theory: Balancing Corporate Interests with Investor Protection."* She qualified the UGC NET for Assistant Professor and the PhD eligibility exam in June 2025. Sudiksha has presented research at national conferences, volunteered in NSS activities, and coordinated the Moot Court Society. She is dedicated to fostering critical thinking, practical legal skills, and research in legal education.
