Ms.Aliviya Ghosh is an accomplished academician specializing in Accounting and Finance. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Hons) and a Master's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. She has successfully qualified for the UGC NET JRF examination and has extensive experience in academia and research.
She previously served as a Research Fellow at the Department of Commerce, North Bengal University (NBU), where she contributed to significant research initiatives. Her teaching career includes roles as a Guest Lecturer at KGTM and as an Assistant Professor & Programme Coordinator (M. Com) at Sikkim Manipal University. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor of Commerce at the Indian Institute of Legal Studies.
She has several research publications in reputed journals and has presented papers at numerous national and international seminars. Her doctoral research at North Bengal University (NBU) is currently under evaluation for the award of a Ph.D.
Her academic and research interests primarily focus on Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behaviour (OB), where she continues to contribute through teaching, research, and scholarly publications.
