Annesa De has done her schooling from St. Joseph’s High School, Matigara. She has a double Master’s degree. She has completed her LL.B. with a first class from Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri in 2020. Thereafter she completed her LL.M. from Raiganj University in 2022, also with a first class. Her dissertation was on the topic "Criminalising Poverty: A Critical Analysis of the Anti-Begging Law in India".
Annesa has also obtained M.A. degree in English Literature from University of North Bengal in 2016.
Currently she is following her passion for teaching and is working as an Assistant Professor of Law at her alma mater – Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Dagapur, Siliguri.
