A Study on the Effectiveness of Mediation Proceedings Conducted by the District Legal Services Authority, Cooch Behar

As part of the academic curriculum of B.A. LL.B. VIII Semester, the following students visited the Alternative Dispute Resolution (A.D.R.) Centre, Cooch Behar, on 1st June, 2026 to observe mediation proceedings conducted under the aegis of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Cooch Behar:

The visit was undertaken with the objective of studying the effectiveness of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism and understanding the practical aspects of mediation proceedings conducted by DLSA, Cooch Behar.
