Free Legal Aid and Awareness Session at Patlakhawa High School, Cooch Behar

Legal knowledge and spreading awareness to the students helps them to understanding their legal rights and liabilities. To foster legal education among the young minds, Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar has conducted an Awareness Session for the students of Class IX, X, XI and XII on legal issues and challenges. The session highlighted the procedure of police investigation with special focus on General Diary, F.I.R and Zero F.I.R. It also highlighted the various aspects of POCSO Act. Further, career counseling was done to answer the queries of the students.
