Free Legal Aid and Awareness Session at Town High School, Cooch Behar

The Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar has organised a Legal Awareness session at Town High School Cooch Behar as part of its initiative to spread legal knowledge among young students. Students from the LL.B Semester – IV  actively conducted the session. The session aimed to provide students with basic knowledge about the law and their rights. Various important legal issues such as Sexual Offences against the Children, Human trafficking, Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes, Child Marriage, and relevant matters affecting society manner, encouraging participation and making it easy for the students to understand. 

The session began with an engaging discussion on the future prospective of legal education emphasising the importance of legal awareness in shaping the future of young minds.

4. Ms. Sayantani Barman , LL.B Sem IV – Child Marriage in India

5. Mr. Loknath Roy , LL.B Sem IV – Road Safety Laws and Legal Framework in India
