Legal Awareness Camp Organized at Sahebganj High School, Dinhata

The Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar, successfully organized an enriching Legal Awareness Camp in collaboration with the Sub-Divisional District Legal Services Committee, Dinhata, at Sahebganj High School on 25 August 2026.
The camp aimed to promote awareness of legal rights, duties, access to justice, and the importance of legal literacy among students and members of the community. The interactive sessions provided an engaging platform for participants to understand various aspects of law and develop greater awareness of their legal rights and responsibilities.
The programme reflected the Institute’s continued commitment to legal education, community outreach, and access to justice. It also strengthened the connection between legal institutions and society by promoting awareness, empowerment, and a better understanding of the law.
