LL.B. IV Semester Court Visit - CPC Practical Study

An enriching field-based empirical study was conducted on 15 May 2026 for the students of LL.B. IV Semester under the subject “Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act” at the Cooch Behar District & Sessions Court and Alipurduar District & Sessions Court.
Students actively engaged in practical observation and study relating to filing of plaints, doctrine of res judicata, stay of suits, summons delivery, process service, and affidavit of service under the Civil Procedure Code.
Such academic visits provide valuable exposure to the practical functioning of courts and help bridge the gap between theoretical learning and legal practice.
