Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar observed Parakram Diwas on 23rd January, 2026 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, a legendary leader of India’s freedom struggle. The occasion was marked with great respect and patriotic fervor.
