Proud Moment for Indian Institute of legal studies Cooch Behar

We are delighted to share that our team from the Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar - comprising Sneha Sen, Protyus Roy Chowdhury, and Prapti Roy Chowdhurystudent of B.A. LL.B., Semester IV ,participated in the 1st Nationwide Moot Court Competition organized by Amritsar Law College on 16th and 17th April, 2026.

The competition was intense and intellectually stimulating, with:

Day 1 – Two Preliminary Rounds & Pre-Quarter Finals

Day 2 – Quarter Finals, Semi Finals & Final Round

Demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills, legal acumen, and teamwork, the team successfully advanced to the Semi-Finals, making the institution proud.

Special Congratulations to Sneha Sen (BA LL.B IV Year)For being awarded the prestigious title of Best Mooter. Her outstanding court craft, clarity of arguments, and confident presentation truly set her apart.
