The students of B.A.LLB. Sem- X and LL.B Sem -VI of Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar had an opportunity to observe the proceedings of the Circuit Bench of Calcutta High Court at Jalpaiguri. The visit provided a practical exposure to the application of legal principles.
The visit was both insightful and enriching, offering a closer look at the functioning of the judiciary at the regional level.
