Ms. Bilkis Pervin, Assistant Professor of Law, is associated with at Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of North Bengal in 2023 and her LL.M. from Brainware University, Kolkata in 2025. She has qualified the UGC-NET in Law and the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE-XIX).
She has actively participated in and presented research papers at National and International Seminars and Conferences. She has published research articles in peer-reviewed journals and contributed a book chapter in an edited volume. She has also participated in three National moot court competitions, various workshops and webinars and completed internships with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (DCDRC), District Courts, legal practitioners, and legal awareness programmes, gaining practical exposure to legal research and judicial processes.
